Terms of Service
These are the basic terms governing use of the Octoev Inc. website.
This is an English translation provided for reference only. The Korean version prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided on the website (the "Site") operated by Octoev Inc. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Site" means the website operated by the Company to introduce its solutions and receive inquiries.
- "User" means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the services it provides under these Terms.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Site. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Site.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
The copyright and intellectual property rights to all content posted on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, publish, or otherwise use such content commercially without the Company's prior written consent.
Article 6 (User Obligations)

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with use of the Site shall be brought before the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
